Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain prospect records inside the CRM platform.
• Research organisations that match the company’s target customer profile.
• Find and refresh company details and information on key decision-makers.
• Keep CRM data accurate by cleansing, checking, and updating records.
• Identify and remove duplicate or obsolete information.
• Organise data into segments for marketing activity and business development outreach.
• Create targeted prospect lists and summary reports.
• Handle all data in line with GDPR obligations.

Skills and experience required

• Background in database administration, CRM administration, lead generation, or data cleansing.
• Strong accuracy and a careful eye for detail.
• Confident working with Microsoft Excel.
• Practical experience using CRM platforms.
• Good internet-based research ability.
• Capability to work on your own and prioritise tasks effectively.

Desirable background

• Experience gained in insurance, financial services, or a B2B setting.
• Exposure to data enrichment or data validation tools.
• Awareness of sectors such as construction, manufacturing, logistics, or professional services.

Salary and benefits

• Annual salary of £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience.
• Performance bonus linked to securing renewal dates and arranging client meetings.
