Role Overview

This opening is for a recruitment associate based in Hyderabad. It is aimed at fresh graduates who are eager to begin a career in hiring and talent acquisition. The role follows a work-from-office model with six working days per week, and candidates who can join right away are preferred.

Job Summary

The selected candidate will support the recruitment team by identifying potential candidates, conducting first-level screening conversations, arranging interviews, and assisting with the full hiring cycle. The position includes a structured one-month training period and offers monthly performance-linked incentives.

Responsibilities

• Find suitable candidates through hiring platforms and professional networks.
• Carry out initial HR screening calls to assess fitment.
• Coordinate interview schedules and keep candidates informed.
• Update and maintain candidate tracking sheets and recruitment records.
• Follow up with applicants at different stages of the hiring process.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities as needed by the team.

Requirements

• Freshers with an interest in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Any graduation is acceptable; an MBA in HR is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Positive, confident, and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.

Work mode: Work from office

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Training period: 1 month

Compensation: INR 1,00,000 to 2,00,000 per year, with attractive monthly performance-based incentives

Hiring Notes

The position is intended for enthusiastic beginners who can learn quickly and contribute to recruitment operations. Candidates with previous sourcing or recruitment exposure will have an advantage, but prior experience is not mandatory.
