Junior Analyst

What you will do

• Collect, review, and organize data to support ongoing initiatives.
• Study trends and patterns, then convert findings into clear reports.
• Carry out research on policies related to gender and social issues.
• Assist with creating visual summaries and dashboards to present information effectively.
• Work with team members to develop insights that improve program outcomes.
• Support the preparation of recommendations that can guide decision-making.

What we are looking for

• Good analytical ability and research capability, with a strong eye for interpreting data.
• Hands-on familiarity with visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Comfort using Excel or Google Sheets to manage and structure data.
• Background or interest in gender equity and public policy research is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills for writing reports and delivering presentations.
• Careful, organized, and capable of solving problems methodically.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• A bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Statistics, or a related discipline.
