About the Role
The Junior Creative + Content Creator role is suited to someone who is passionate about social media, visual design, and storytelling. The position focuses on producing engaging, attention-grabbing content that helps strengthen restaurant performance, supports franchise development, and brings the brand’s Latin-inspired identity to life for customers.
You will contribute across social content, design, photography, video, and digital marketing, helping ensure every asset feels fresh, on-brand, and visually compelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop social-first content ideas for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and Snapchat.
- Capture short-form photo and video content in restaurants and on location using a mobile phone.
- Edit video content with CapCut and similar mobile editing tools.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and on-screen text designed to hold attention.
- Help maintain a consistent, active social media content schedule.
- Assist with food photography for digital menus and other marketing needs.
- Create local area marketing materials including posters, flyers, signage, and in-store assets.
- Support the Graphic Design Manager with artwork revisions, resizing, and new creative requests.
- Prepare creative files for print and digital delivery across web, eDM, social, and retail channels.
- Assist with CRM-related creative such as eDM templates, push notification copy, and SMS copy.
- Protect brand consistency across all creative outputs.
- Maintain and organise design files, folders, and creative archives.
- Stay informed on evolving design trends, social content formats, and creative tools.
- Contribute to ad hoc campaign work and other creative projects as needed.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Confidence in shooting and editing content for mobile-first social channels.
- Understanding of what performs well on TikTok and Instagram.
- Strong organisational ability and comfort managing several deadlines at once.
- Basic knowledge of print production and digital asset specifications.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating work across print, digital, and social media.
- Natural storytelling ability with a strong visual eye.
- Comfort working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Interest in trends, culture, and emerging platforms.
- Hands-on approach and willingness to contribute directly to content creation.
- Strong attention to quality and pride in delivering polished work.
- Collaborative mindset with the energy to contribute ideas.
Bonus Experience
- Background in photography, videography, or video editing.
- Exposure to retail or quick service restaurant environments.
- Genuine interest in food and Latin culture.
- Experience with After Effects or Lightroom.
