Role overview

The Goat Agency, part of GroupM, is looking for a Junior Designer to join its London Southbank team. Since 2015, the business has focused on influencer marketing and now delivers award-winning campaigns across more than 70 countries. The company works with a global network of 500+ social-native specialists and uses a data-led approach built on insights from tracking over 100,000 influencers and campaign results.

In this role, you will help create polished, visually strong creative work for presentations, layouts, and mockups while supporting influencer campaigns that span short-term activations and longer-term ambassador programmes. The position is based in London with a hybrid working model and offers a salary of £27,060 to £30,000.

Key responsibilities

Develop presentation decks, layouts, and mockups that suit the brief and project goals.
Create attractive, detail-focused design work with strong use of alignment, consistency, visual hierarchy, and white space.
Work closely with colleagues across different teams in the agency.
Handle several projects at once, organise priorities, and deliver work within deadlines.
Prepare high-quality visuals for print, digital, and social channels.
Confidently explain and walk others through design ideas and concepts.
Stay aware of current design trends and industry best practices.
Check artwork carefully for accuracy and respond to feedback quickly and effectively.
Use strong visual storytelling to shape thoughtful and engaging presentations.

Required experience and skills

Previous experience working as a designer, supported by a strong portfolio of completed work.
Hands-on ability with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Experience using presentation tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
Good understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
Strong verbal and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Careful attention to detail and a genuine enthusiasm for creative work.
