Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site operations role in Navi Mumbai focused on loan-related document checks and KYC validation for vehicle financing cases.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer KYC and supporting paperwork for vehicle loan applications before the loan amount is released.
• Contact customers whenever information needs confirmation or when any documents are incomplete.
• Collect missing papers from customers and complete the verification flow before disbursement.
• Work with a Sunday weekly off.
