Role overview

Wagamama focuses on fresh ingredients and dishes prepared to order. In this role, you’ll help keep the kitchen organised, hygienic, and working efficiently so the chefs can concentrate on creating bold, flavour-packed food.

Key duties

• Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen environment throughout the shift.
• Wash pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment so service can continue without interruption.
• Replenish cleaning products and let the team know when supplies are running low.
• Support the kitchen with simple preparation tasks when required.
• Work in line with health and safety procedures to protect yourself and the wider team.
