Role Overview
The company is seeking a creative and performance-focused digital marketing professional to plan, execute, and refine online marketing initiatives. The role calls for experience across paid media, social channels, content and influencer-led efforts, and analytics, with a strong emphasis on driving conversions and revenue.
Key Responsibilities

- Plan, run, and improve paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- Research keywords and apply SEO practices to strengthen organic rankings and traffic.
- Design and execute cross-channel marketing initiatives through influencer partnerships, affiliate networks, UPI platforms, and similar third-party ecosystems.

- Partner with design and creative teams to develop appealing assets for paid media.
- Manage advertising budgets carefully to improve return on investment and meet key performance targets.
- Create campaign plans and calendars based on platform objectives and category-specific business goals.
- Continuously study campaign data to identify opportunities for better efficiency and stronger results.
- Act as the connecting point between category, creative, product, and broader marketing teams.
- Keep up with market trends, new tools, and evolving best practices in digital marketing.

The ideal candidate should be able to design and execute data-led strategies, work with structured processes, act quickly, communicate clearly, and manage stakeholders effectively.
