This entry-level sales position in Christchurch is designed to help you build core sales capabilities while supporting Xe’s Corporate Sales team. The focus is on generating early demand and introducing potential corporate customers to Xe’s foreign exchange and international payments offerings.
You will receive guided training, regular coaching, and a structured path for growth. The role uses multiple tools and platforms to manage prospecting and pipeline activity, helping you target new business prospects effectively. Along the way, you’ll develop an understanding of how global businesses handle currency risk, how Xe’s solutions create value, and the commercial mindset needed in a fast-moving corporate environment.

Your main goal is to generate steady, qualified interest by engaging prospective corporate clients and identifying opportunities that are ready to move into the sales process.
What you will do
- Carry out outbound prospecting through phone, email, and other digital channels.
- Serve as the first contact point for potential corporate customers.
- Complete basic qualification checks to confirm fit.
- Develop a working understanding of foreign exchange and international payments.
- Work alongside senior SDRs, business development managers, and marketing to move prospects forward.
