Role overview
The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) is hiring for a Logistics Operations position based in Geilenkirchen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. This role is identified as Post No. LW078 / Ref. No. 2025_00449.
What the role involves
- Managing logistics support activities with a strong focus on contract administration and supply procedures.
- Applying quality assurance standards and related policies in day-to-day work.
- Supporting logistics, budgeting, and procurement-related processes in a structured environment.
- Preparing clear technical and administrative documents and communications.
- Working with enterprise logistics systems, including PILS-ILIAS, and using SAP as part of operational tasks.
What the agency is looking for
- A secondary education qualification together with 7 years of experience in a related field, or an equivalent level of education paired with suitable professional experience.
- Working knowledge of contract administration, supply methods, and logistics procedures typically gained over 5 to 7 years in NSPA or a comparable organization.
- Familiarity with quality assurance standards and policies.
- Practical experience in logistics support management, supply principles, contract administration, and budgeting.
- Strong technical and administrative writing ability.
- Hands-on experience using the ERP Programme Integrated Logistics System (PILS-ILIAS).
- Knowledge of SAP.

Salary
The basic monthly pay is EUR 6,813.89, tax free, before insurance and pension contributions.

Important information
Qualified redundant NATO civilian candidates at the same grade will be given priority. Interviews are expected roughly six weeks after the closing date. The Talent Acquisition and Development Office will communicate the screening outcome in due course.

Member countries are encouraged to put forward candidates whose security clearance can be completed or confirmed quickly and who can take up duty as soon as possible after selection.
