Role Overview
The organization is hiring a Managing Director to deliver strong client service and consistently high-quality output. In this senior position, you will oversee the successful execution of multiple assignments across the insurance and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed expert reports with a high standard of quality.
- Present findings and conclusions to insurers, adjusters, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Take the lead on analysing delay-related claims.
- Examine construction delay disputes, claim methodologies, and supporting records.
- Deliver comprehensive schedule analysis work.
- Create CPM schedules from defined scopes of work using accepted productivity benchmarks.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality across all deliverables.
- Help deepen and sustain client relationships.
- Coach and support team members on scheduling, claims approaches, and industry best practices.
- Use Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and professional scheduling methods at an advanced level.
- Apply expertise in critical path impact analysis as well as delay and productivity evaluation.
- Show strong command of cost loading and resource loading concepts.
- Handle several concurrent engagements while keeping work organized and on track.
- Support litigation matters and provide expert witness or testimony support when required.
- Produce clear, persuasive, and defensible written reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience preparing and analysing CPM schedules and construction claims.
- Strong background in construction projects, with substantial project-based experience.
- Experience in energy and construction projects across global markets.
- An established client network within the APAC region.
- Prior work experience in the APAC region.
- Proven ability to create and execute a business development plan.
- Preference for candidates who have given evidence in tribunal or similar formal proceedings.
- Relevant professional credentials or certifications are an advantage.
- Strong leadership and project management ability.
- Advanced analytical, organisational, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
- Willingness and ability to travel as business needs require.
