  • Prepare project budgets and resource-based work schedules.
  • Coordinate with PSCS, PSDP, clients, operations teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide technical input, advice, and practical guidance throughout delivery.
  • Contribute to bids and take ownership of suitable projects where required.
  • Oversee and coordinate contractors on site and during delivery.
  • Handle client requests for information in a timely manner.
  • Draft and/or review RAMS documentation.
  • Identify operational interfaces, impacts, consequences, workarounds, and plan tasks that depend on operations within suitable time windows.

  • Assess and prioritise capital maintenance work based on equipment condition, process condition, and criticality.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of project planning, monitoring, and control methods.
  • Ability to evaluate risk related to equipment and critical assets.
  • Experience in design across all stages, from feasibility through to construction-ready deliverables.
  • Broad technical knowledge covering how design decisions affect technical outcomes, budgets, and programme timelines.
  • PRINCE2 or PMP qualification is preferred, or experience working within a PRINCE2/PMP-structured project environment.
