Role summary
As a Mobile Cleaning Operative, you will help maintain safe, hygienic, and presentable environments across different locations in Bristol. The role requires a strong sense of pride in your work, a sharp eye for detail, clear spoken communication, and the ability to work effectively on your own as well as with others. A DBS check and a driving licence may be needed for this position.
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, worked on any 5 days out of 7
Location: Various sites across Bristol; a company van is provided
Key responsibilities
- Carry out general cleaning and related domestic tasks to keep areas safe, clean, and hygienic.
- Perform cleaning at different heights, including both low-level and high-level areas where required.
- Complete industrial cleaning tasks when needed.
- Use cleaning tools and methods such as mopping, vacuuming, and chemical cleaning solutions.
What you need
- Prior cleaning experience is helpful, although full training can be given to the right person.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- A demonstrated commitment to safe working practices and compliance with legal requirements.
