Part-Time Cleaner

Role overview

This is a steady part-time cleaning position with short morning shifts. The role supports a clean, safe, and pleasant working environment across office and facility spaces.

Compensation and work schedule

The pay for this role is $950 per month. Work will be based at Changi South Street 11, with Xilin MRT as the nearest station. The roster runs from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, totalling 4 hours each day.

Key duties

• Clean office areas that are not serviced by the cleaning robot.
• Keep pantry and dining spaces tidy and fully stocked.
• Collect waste from bins and ensure rubbish is removed properly.
• Wash glass panels and windows.
• Maintain cleanliness of pantry appliances such as the microwave and oven, along with pantry cabinets.
• Sweep and mop areas including the production/warehouse zone, cleanroom, and front lobby.
• Handle routine housekeeping as well as ad-hoc cleaning tasks.
• Support external cleaning around machinery.
• Carry out 5S housekeeping practices.
• Clean accessible areas beneath machines.
• Top up cleaning materials when supplies run low.
• Flag maintenance concerns or any safety risks observed during work.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate should be able to work the stated weekday morning schedule, be physically capable of tasks such as scrubbing, sweeping, and mopping, and be dependable, on time, and careful with details. The ability to work on your own is important. Previous cleaning experience would be helpful, though it is not mandatory.
