The role brings together payments strategy, partner management, and product-led growth within a rapidly expanding global digital marketplace. In this position, you will oversee and grow relationships with payment service providers while helping maintain high levels of reliability, performance, and efficiency across payment operations. Your work will influence payment strategy, customer experience, transaction completion rates, and business growth. Key accountabilities

Requirements

- Hands-on experience negotiating commercial agreements, contracts, and service terms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex payment topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, with comfort operating in a changing, fast-paced environment.
- Background in project coordination and working across multiple functions.
- Well-developed organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
