Key Accountabilities

  • Keep employee payroll records accurate and protect data consistency across payroll and HR systems.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience handling multi-state payroll and payroll tax compliance.
  • Strong practical background in payroll processing, reporting, garnishments, and tax administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll and Oracle HR systems.
  • Experience using Kronos Dimensions Timekeeping for workforce and payroll-related tasks.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and how it connects to business operations.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel capability, including analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Experience with ADP payroll tax tools and complex multi-state tax requirements.
  • Exposure to payroll system implementations, migrations, or optimization efforts.
  • JD Edwards (JDE) payroll experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills, with comfort working remotely.
  • Ability to work Pacific Time Zone business hours while based anywhere in the United States.
