Hochschule Heilbronn is seeking a Personalreferent*in for its Heilbronn location under reference number 321-PA. The role focuses on end-to-end HR support for a defined area and involves working with a broad range of employee groups, including professors, staff under collective agreements, and civil servants.
Key Responsibilities
The position covers the full scope of personnel work, from recruiting and hiring through to employee exit processes. You will cooperate closely with university leadership, managers, employee representatives, and designated officers. Profile and Qualifications
