The work involves reviewing AI-produced quantitative reasoning, solving technical challenges, and giving structured feedback that helps shape model performance in areas such as data analysis, modeling, and scientific problem-solving.
The role is suitable for professionals from fields like data science, astrophysics, economics, biostatistics, operations research, physics, and other quantitative disciplines. It may work well either as a side engagement alongside a full-time job or as a primary professional focus.
How the process works
After creating an account, candidates complete a short assessment that serves as the screening step. Successful applicants receive confirmation by email, after which paid assignments become available on the platform.
Key duties
- Review AI-generated quantitative outputs for correctness, including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, scientific interpretation, and evidence-based conclusions.
- Create and solve quantitative tasks used to train and evaluate AI systems, covering topics such as forecasting, experimentation, optimization, and statistical inference.
- Produce clear explanations and maintain well-structured analytical code.
- Offer feedback that helps improve future AI models designed for quantitative reasoning.
Working arrangement

Pay and contract details
Compensation is hourly, starting at USD 50 to USD 100+ per hour, with some projects offering bonus rates. Payment is processed through PayPal, and any USD currency conversion will be handled by PayPal.
Eligibility and qualifications
Applications are limited to candidates located in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
- At least 2 years of practical experience in a quantitative role or research setting is required.
- Relevant backgrounds may include data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, operations research, or similar areas.
- Applicants should have some coding experience and be comfortable writing and reviewing analytical code from start to finish.
- Hands-on experience with statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and experiment design is expected, including areas such as A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time-series forecasting.
- Strong English communication and writing ability is needed, at native or bilingual level.
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject is preferred; a master’s degree or PhD is an advantage.
- Extra credentials such as Kaggle rankings, AWS/GCP machine learning certifications, or similar proof of expertise are beneficial.
