Role overview

This position is suited to a fresher planning executive who will support day-to-day production planning, scheduling, reporting, and inter-department coordination in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support routine production planning and schedule preparation.
• Work closely with production, stores, dispatch, and purchase teams to keep operations moving smoothly.
• Update daily production records, planning information, and MIS reports.
• Monitor material availability and keep planning updates current.
• Draft work orders and track production against the planned timeline.
• Assist in inventory checks and coordinate with the stores function.
• Maintain accurate planning documents and operational records.
• Follow up on pending tasks across departments to ensure timely completion.
• Help management prepare reports and presentation material.
• Facilitate clear communication between teams to improve operational efficiency.

Eligibility and requirements

Applicants must be Mechanical Engineering students. The employer has also indicated that B.Sc. and B.Com graduates may apply. Freshers are welcome, and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations can also be considered. A background in aluminium, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial work is preferred.

• Good spoken and written communication in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint at a basic level.
• Strong analytical ability and coordination skills.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-moving manufacturing setup.
• Positive mindset and eagerness to learn.

Compensation and benefits

The role offers a salary of INR 2,50,000 to 3,00,000 per year. Additional benefit: cab or transportation facility.
