Role overview
The Procurement Systems Analyst will guide the discovery, solution design, integration, and rollout of Workday Procurement ERP software, while helping the Procurement Services Department move from the legacy PeopleSoft ERP platform to Workday. This position is expected to build practical risk-reduction approaches during the transition and to partner across teams to identify process gaps, improve software usage, and help the department deliver work accurately and on schedule for customer departments.
After Workday has been implemented, this role will evolve into a systems administration function for procurement-related platforms. In that phase, the analyst will act as the main contact for procurement data reporting and KPI reporting for the Director of Procurement. The role will also own communication with third-party software vendors, support system updates, train internal and external stakeholders, and keep the organization informed about software-related changes.
