About the Role
milk + honey is looking for a Product Coordinator to join a compact, fast-moving product team in Austin. This position is central to keeping product operations moving, helping turn ideas into execution, and supporting business growth through strong coordination and ownership.
The role sits alongside a Senior Product Manager in a two-person team structure. It suits someone who is comfortable taking initiative, handling details carefully, and driving follow-through across multiple workstreams with minimal supervision. The work will have direct visibility and a meaningful impact on results.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of wholesale activity across Faire and Indie, including purchase order handling, account management, and ongoing portal administration.
- Act as the main operator for the Faire portal and oversee all wholesale PO entry and processing.
- Coordinate projects and maintain communication with the 3PL partner, LMS.
- Manage product setup from start to finish and keep product information current and accurate across Zenoti, CIN7, and Shopify.
- Serve as a primary contact for 3PL-related work, including fulfillment initiatives and issue resolution.
- Assist with customer support questions across ecommerce, Amazon, and retail channels, covering orders, subscriptions, returns, and escalations.
- Handle component purchasing, tracking, and vendor coordination with contract manufacturers and third-party partners.
- Create and manage purchase orders for production needs.
- Process inventory receipts from the 3PL and work with Accounting on monthly inventory counts.
- Support Amazon assortment planning with the Senior Product Manager.
- Build and maintain processes that keep Amazon inventory levels healthy.
- Work with outside Amazon contacts to improve and execute operational workflows.
- Partner with the ecommerce marketing contact to keep product detail pages, images, and listings accurate.
- Support subscription products and ensure product data stays aligned across systems.
- Develop and maintain training and education resources for third-party brands for the concierge team.
- Organize vendor-provided training materials for internal use.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve training content and establish better practices over time.
Requirements
- At least 2 to 4+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or project coordination with proven ownership of projects from start to finish.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate next steps, and move work forward without close daily supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience working across vendors, 3PL partners, and internal teams such as Marketing, Accounting, and Operations.
- Highly organized, with the ability to juggle several priorities and still meet deadlines.
- Very strong attention to detail, especially when handling data entry, purchase orders, and inventory or SKU tracking.
- Experience using inventory, ecommerce, or business systems such as Shopify, CIN7, Zenoti, and Faire, or the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Comfort working as a broad-based contributor in a fast-changing environment where priorities can shift.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $75,000 per year.
