Product Manager

Role Overview

An opportunity is open for a Systems Product Manager for one of our partner organizations. This position suits candidates who have studied Electrical Engineering and have practical exposure to technical sales, product management, fire protection systems, CCTV, automation, or telecommunications.

Tirana, Albania.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee product categories related to fire safety systems, Audio & Evacuation, Home Automation, and CCTV.
• Build and execute plans that support category growth and stronger sales performance.
• Handle supplier relationships and negotiate commercial terms.
• Review market trends and competition to uncover new business opportunities.
• Plan purchase orders and keep track of inventory levels.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support product development.
• Track product performance and prepare results-oriented reports.

Candidate Profile

• A university degree is required, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, B2B sales, or business development.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and organizational abilities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly net salary between 130,000 ALL and 1,400 EUR.
• Performance bonuses are included.
