ملازمت کی تفصیل
About the company
Chorus is focused on powering Aotearoa’s digital future through ultra-fast fibre. The organisation is driven by a clear purpose: unlocking potential through connectivity and helping build better futures across New Zealand.
The opportunity
In this Product Manager role, you will oversee products throughout their complete lifecycle, beginning with discovery and definition and continuing through launch, optimisation, and day-to-day management.
You will work across a varied portfolio, turning customer, market, and operational insight into services and product improvements that create value for Chorus, its customers, and the communities it serves. The role involves helping set direction, shaping requirements, prioritising opportunities, and partnering with technology teams to deliver enhancements.
You will operate in a cross-functional squad environment and collaborate with teams across technology, design, marketing, sales, operations, and customer functions. The role suits someone who can handle complexity, build trusted relationships, and convert ideas into practical results.
Why this role exists
Chorus is entering a new phase of growth, with an ambition to reach 80% fibre uptake across the country by 2030. A refreshed strategy is guiding what the business is trying to achieve and how it plans to get there, creating new opportunities to build capability and add talent in emerging areas.
What you’ll bring
You should be a customer-oriented and commercially minded professional who is comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. The role calls for someone who can work well with both business and technical stakeholders and contribute collaboratively to shared outcomes.
About Chorus
Chorus is building toward a future where all New Zealanders can access the opportunities that shape their lives. As the business expands its network to support Aotearoa’s growth, it is moving from being primarily a network builder to becoming a strong network operator.
The organisation’s culture is grounded in mindsets such as being bold and driving growth, honouring the past while reimagining the future, and connecting communities to empower people. Chorus values team members who live these behaviours and encourage others to do the same.
Working style and culture
Chorus offers a hybrid working approach and has been operating flexibly for years. The company encourages people to work in ways that suit their situation while still delivering strong results, aiming for a balance that works for both individuals and the business.
The workplace is described as fair, inclusive, and equitable, with a strong focus on helping people thrive. Accessibility support can be discussed during the application process. The company also specifically encourages women considering senior career steps to apply, noting its support for growth, flexible working, and visible female leadership.
