About the Role
Siemens is looking for a Project Manager to join its Smart Infrastructure Electrifications and Automation team in Abu Dhabi. The position focuses on leading customer projects within the digital infrastructure space, helping deliver solutions that improve building and industrial energy systems, strengthen resilience, and support sustainable outcomes.

What You Will Do
As Project Manager, you will plan, develop, and oversee customer projects in line with project management standards and client requirements, with direct accountability for financial performance.
- Work with customers on technical solutioning alongside the Sales Manager or Key Account Manager.
- Understand and refine customer objectives, requirements, and RFP specifications.
- Prepare tender participation and, where needed, lead customer negotiations.
- Set up the overall project plan and decide how resources are assigned.
- Configure the primary portion of switchgear in NXTOOL.
- Track milestones and budget compliance, and take action to reduce non-conformance costs.
- Keep regular communication going with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Support onsite commissioning activities in coordination with Site Engineering Management when required.
- Follow PM standards and Business Conduct Guidelines, including tax, export control, and EHS requirements.
- Lead and coordinate all temporarily assigned project team members.
What You Need
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and bring around 10 years of relevant experience. Strong expertise with NXTOOL for gas-insulated and air-insulated switchgear is important.
A PMP certification or Siemens certification is preferred. The role also requires excellent communication and planning abilities, along with fluent English.
