About the Role
Egis Advisory Service Line supports large-scale developments for prominent clients across the region, including giga projects, municipalities, and major urban and real estate initiatives. Drawing on capabilities in engineering, architecture, and technology, the team helps shape future-ready urban spaces and infrastructure. This position is central to moving these ambitious programs ahead, with responsibility for both strategic direction and technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of project delivery from the first stage through to final completion.
- Act as the main point of contact for the client and build strong relationships across the project lifecycle.
- Oversee budgets, commercial performance, resource planning, and overall P&L results.
- Create and manage execution plans, delivery schedules, milestone tracking, and staffing plans.
- Set up governance structures, reporting routines, communication pathways, and approval workflows.
- Handle project risks, issues, opportunities, change requests, and commercial concerns.
- Track progress against scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams so work stays aligned with client priorities.
- Lead client-facing meetings, workshops, steering groups, and executive-level presentations.
- Present updates, recommendations, findings, and strategic outcomes to clients and stakeholders.
- Review deliverables and approve them before they are submitted to the client.
- Ensure all contractual commitments and client expectations are met.
- Contribute to business development, proposals, account growth, and new project opportunities.
- Provide clear strategic guidance to the project team and keep delivery aligned with client goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management, Building Services, or a similar field.
- 8 to 12 years of experience in project management, consulting, or advisory roles.
- Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary consulting assignments.
- Professional credentials such as PMP, PRINCE2, IFMA FMP/CFM, IWFM, ISO 41001, ISO 55001, or comparable certifications are a plus.
- Strong capability in project and programme management.
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder handling skills.
- Experience in managing budgets, commercial outcomes, and P&L responsibility.
- Good understanding of consulting delivery methods.
- Comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams in complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong skills in risk management, governance, and change control.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Solid commercial awareness and contractual understanding.

The role is based in Al Madinah, Eastern, Saudi Arabia and is a full-time, onsite position.
