Role overview

This full-time Project Manager position is based in the Greater Sydney Area and is responsible for leading heritage restoration and stonemasonry projects from start to finish. The role involves building project plans, coordinating logistics and supply chains, checking site progress, maintaining quality and safety standards, and working closely with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, keep schedules and resources on track, and ensure each project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving are essential.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant has more than 5 years of project management experience in the construction sector and a proven record of delivering several projects successfully, on time, and within budget. Experience managing projects valued between $1 million and $6 million is important. A background in heritage restoration, stonemasonry, or construction is strongly preferred, along with familiarity with project coordination, stakeholder communication, and site management.

Tools and qualifications

A relevant certification or qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline is required. Hands-on experience with MS Project, Procore, Payapps, Aconex, and Bluebeam is also expected.
