Role Summary
This position reports to the Inspector Team Leader or Operations Manager and is part of the Operations team. The role is centered on conducting on-site inspections of client merchandise and ensuring all work is completed to the required quality standard.
Key Duties
- Review emails each day to collect the inspection documents needed for assignments.
- Arrive for inspections on schedule and communicate with suppliers in a courteous, professional manner.
- Inspect merchandise according to company procedures and oversee container stuffing in line with the same standards.
- Complete inspection reports accurately and within the required timelines.
Qualifications
- A college degree or higher in hardline or a related discipline.
- More than 3 years of experience in quality management.
- Working knowledge of AQL standards and applicable safety and quality regulations.
- Strong spoken and written English skills.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of professional ethics.
