Recruiter

Role overview

Payentry is looking for a Recruiter to represent the company throughout the hiring process. In this role, you will help identify, attract, evaluate, and support hiring decisions for a range of positions across the organization, with a primary focus on sourcing candidates for all U.S. branches. The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and sales recruiting, works well with others, and is committed to delivering a strong candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong pipelines of potential candidates through recruitment platforms, job boards, advertising, referrals, phone outreach, and email.
• Use Boolean search methods to proactively locate candidates with the right background, skills, and experience for open roles.
• Screen applicants by interviewing them, reviewing their responses, checking references, and comparing qualifications against role requirements.
• Use recruiting and talent tools to strengthen employer branding, candidate sourcing, and assessment quality.
• Work closely with management to understand hiring needs and define talent requirements.
• Form early opinions on candidate fit through phone and in-person interviews.
• Communicate the company’s brand clearly and persuasively to potential hires.
• Take on other duties related to recruiting as needed.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of experience in corporate recruiting.
• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong command of Boolean search techniques for talent sourcing.
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft applications.
• Clear documentation and communication abilities.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively to meet deadlines.
• Able to learn new systems and workflows quickly.
• Willing to adapt, learn, and handle everyday challenges.

Work location

This role is based in Peachtree Corners, GA and follows a hybrid work arrangement.
