Role summary

This is a full-time remote recruiting position for a client of Hire Feed. The successful candidate will handle end-to-end hiring support, from finding candidates to helping fill open roles, while working remotely from anywhere.

Compensation

The pay for this role is $15 to $20 per hour.

What you will do

Identify and reach out to potential candidates through job boards, social platforms, and professional communities.
Review resumes and carry out first-round interviews to gauge suitability and cultural alignment.
Arrange interviews between applicants and hiring teams, and keep the process moving with timely follow-ups.
Record candidate activity and recruitment progress accurately in the applicant tracking system.
Work closely with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs and shape job specifications.

What the role needs

Hands-on experience with complete recruiting workflows, including sourcing, screening, and hiring support.
Working knowledge of ATS platforms and recruiting software.
Clear communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to juggle several open roles at once while staying organized and detail-focused.
Comfort using job boards, recruiter tools, and Boolean search methods.
