ملازمت کی تفصیل
Role overview
This is a long-term remote receptionist opportunity for a fast-moving, performance-driven environment. The position involves handling inbound phone calls, booking appointments, calming upset customers, and taking care of administrative work. All calls are recorded and reviewed regularly as part of quality checks.
Response timeline
Applicants who are shortlisted should expect a reply within 24 hours. Because many people may apply, the employer may continue with other candidates if communication is delayed.
Alternative non-voice option
For candidates who are likely to be a better match for work that does not involve heavy phone interaction, there may be non-voice openings with a stronger emphasis on administrative tasks, depending on availability and overall fit.
Application instructions
To be considered, candidates must reply by copying and answering the questions below in full.
- State where you are currently based in the Philippines and explain what backup arrangements you have for internet outages or power interruptions.
- Provide a screenshot showing your internet speed and include a few samples of previous work output.
- Submit two short voice recordings. The first should show how you would book an appointment from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM for a total of $60. The second should show how you would handle a double charge for a 90-minute massage, where the customer sees two $90 charges and is asking for a refund.
- Confirm whether you are currently employed or otherwise engaged in work, a business, freelance jobs, or any income-producing activity. If yes, summarize those commitments and your average weekly availability.
- Confirm whether you can work a fixed schedule of 7 days per week, 6 hours per day, during CST hours. Also state your expected hourly or monthly pay and your earliest possible start date if selected.
- Describe three tasks you have personally carried out at least 100 times in a real work setting. For each one, explain the exact process you followed, the tools or systems you used, and the usual result.
- If hired today, name three tasks you believe you could manage independently in your first week. For each one, explain the task, the software or tools involved, and what successful completion would look like.
- Share the busiest workload you have ever handled in a single day and in a single week. Use specific numbers and briefly explain the situation behind that workload.
- Introduce yourself briefly and explain the strengths, habits, experience, or achievements that you feel truly make you stand out for this role.
Work expectations
The role is assessed on performance, reliability, and communication quality. Because the work is recorded and audited, candidates should be comfortable with monitored customer interactions and consistent service standards.
