About Delvaux

Delvaux, established in Brussels in 1829, is recognized as the world’s oldest luxury leather goods maison with an unbroken history. The brand is also known for creating the first leather handbag patent in 1908. Since 1883, it has served as an official supplier to the Royal Court of Belgium and continues to reflect Belgian cultural heritage and values through its work.

With a heritage archive of more than 3,000 designs, Delvaux’s iconic pieces include The Brillant (1958), The Tempête (1967), The Pin (1972), and The Lingot (2022). These creations are handcrafted in the maison’s own ateliers in Belgium and France.

Role Purpose

In this position, you will represent the brand in Dubai and act as a key ambassador for the customer experience and sales performance of the store/corner.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, guide, and build lasting relationships with both local and international shoppers visiting Delvaux.
• Drive sales performance and work toward the commercial targets set by the Commercial Director.
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory flow, and replenish the corner to ensure customer demand is consistently met.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in service excellence and hospitality standards.
• Develop strong product knowledge to better connect with clients and support higher sales conversion.
• Protect and enhance the brand’s image by keeping visual merchandising, housekeeping, and store presentation aligned with Delvaux standards.
• Share useful feedback with your manager on sales trends, customer profiles, and product performance.
• Carry out additional related duties as needed, since the responsibility list is not exhaustive.

Profile

• You should bring at least 3 years of experience working in luxury retail.
• Strong English communication skills are considered an advantage.
• A polished presentation and genuine enthusiasm for the brand are essential.
