A sincere curiosity about high jewelry, craftsmanship, and the history of the Maison is important, as is the ability to work well in a busy, multicultural team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through tailored clienteling efforts.
• Support boutique sales results and work toward individual action plans and targets.
• Present the Maison’s heritage, creations, and storytelling with authenticity and enthusiasm.
• Help clients with after-sales needs such as repairs, collections, and personalized services.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth, memorable in-store experience.
• Take part in boutique events and Maison activities as needed.
