Senior Associate

Overview

Leadenhall Search & Selection is working with leading advisory organizations across the United States that are hiring Senior Associates for expanding Accounting Advisory teams. Opportunities are available in locations such as New York, Philadelphia, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Denver, and other U.S. cities.

What you will do

• Support high-value M&A engagements, including operational due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, and debt financing transactions.
• Handle technical accounting assignments such as carve-outs involving business units or subsidiaries.
• Prepare financial and regulatory information in accordance with SEC and other filing obligations.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and system rollout projects.
• Work closely with internal colleagues across different levels of seniority.
• Deliver project outputs that align with client expectations and deadlines.

Candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Background with a Big Four or Top 7 firm is preferred/required by the employer.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and managing several priorities at once.
