What you will do

• Lead initiatives centered on testing and validating AI safety readiness.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Guide and manage workstreams related to Gen AI and predictive ML evaluation.
• Help ensure AI solutions are deployed in line with the bank’s risk and compliance expectations.
• Contribute to governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices.
• Oversee direct reports and, depending on the project structure, multiple squads.
• Work closely with business and functional teams, including corporate finance groups.

Experience and background

• Overall industry experience of 8 to 12 years is required.
• Strong hands-on background in ML and MLOps engineering is expected.
• Prior experience building evaluation frameworks for both generative AI and predictive machine learning is needed.
• Applicants should have experience working in banking or financial services.
• Stakeholder management and business-facing leadership experience are important.
• Exposure to AI governance, ethics, and responsible principles is required.
• A valid degree is mandatory.
