Key responsibilities

• Own the structure, transformation, and upkeep of the programme data layer so that schedule, cost, progress, and risk information is brought together into one consistent, controlled, and scalable reporting dataset.
• Take primary responsibility for how programme data is organised and processed, while also supporting one or more scope areas to ensure reporting standards are met.
• Design and maintain structured data models across programme datasets.
• Create and manage controlled pipelines for data ingestion and transformation.
• Combine multiple data sources into a single, coherent dataset suited to construction reporting.
• Protect the scalability, speed, and integrity of the reporting data environment.
• Track data-led KPIs established by the PMO and leadership team.
• Provide on-demand analytical support to project leadership and respond quickly to urgent client queries.

Requirements

• A degree in a relevant subject is required for immigration and client approval purposes.
• Experience in construction, planning, or project controls on large-scale programmes.
• Strong background in data engineering, data modelling, and data transformation.
• Hands-on experience with structured datasets, along with advanced skills in Excel and Power Query; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction datasets such as schedule, cost, and risk information.
• Ability to meet the visa requirements for Saudi Arabia and to demonstrate relevant experience on high-value projects or programmes within a project management consultancy environment, as these are necessary for immigration and client approval.
