Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical assistance at customer sites and resolve service issues in the field.
• Respond promptly with product support during field visits to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with the sales team to support customer satisfaction objectives.
• Carry out servicing, troubleshooting, and repair activities to keep equipment in good working condition.

Eligibility

Candidates should hold a Diploma in any specialization.

Compensation

The offered salary is INR 2,40,000 to 3,00,000 per year.
