Role Overview

Vilva Jewellss Pvt Ltd is hiring a Shopify Developer to build, enhance, and support eCommerce stores on Shopify. This role is based in R S Puram, Coimbatore, and is suited to someone who can combine store development, theme work, app connectivity, and performance improvements with a working understanding of Meta and Google Ads setup.

What You Will Do

• Create, customize, and maintain Shopify storefronts.
• Modify Shopify themes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
• Launch new stores, including domain setup, payment gateway configuration, and shipping settings.
• Connect third-party applications and APIs as needed.
• Improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall platform performance.
• Make sure the storefront is mobile-friendly and built with SEO in mind.
• Diagnose technical issues and resolve them quickly.

Meta Ads and Facebook/Instagram Setup

• Manage Meta Business Manager setup and configuration.
• Implement Facebook Pixel and Conversion API.
• Link the Shopify store with Meta Ads Manager.
• Complete domain verification and event tracking setup.

Google Ads and Tracking Integration

• Connect the store with Google Ads.
• Set up conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager.
• Configure Google Merchant Center for product feeds.
• Work with basic performance marketing metrics such as CPC, ROAS, and CTR.

Store Optimization and SEO

• Apply on-page SEO best practices across the site.
• Improve product pages to help boost conversions.
• Organize collections and navigation in a structured way.

Experience and Fit

The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and be comfortable working independently while meeting deadlines. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability are important for success in this role.

Preferred Background

• Experience with Shopify Plus is an added advantage.
• Exposure to conversion rate optimization is preferred.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels is useful.
• Experience working with product catalog ads is a plus.

Technical Profile

This position calls for hands-on Shopify knowledge, confidence with theme customization, and familiarity with product uploads covering product details, images, pricing, and inventory. A basic command of eCommerce UX/UI principles and working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads setup are also expected.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this role is INR 25,000 to INR 30,000.
