Role Overview
This position is for a Senior Program Manager focused on Service Quality within the GTM Enablement team. The role serves as the central owner for global support quality initiatives, including vendor-related and automation-driven efforts.
The job can be based in Omaha, Nebraska or San Francisco, California. It follows a hybrid model, allowing a mix of office attendance and work from home based on team needs and individual flexibility.
The manager will define the vision and direction for the Service Quality program, then turn that strategy into reliable execution at scale. The role also involves connecting leaders, teams, and functions so that the broader go-to-market environment works with less friction and stronger measurable outcomes.
This position partners closely with senior leadership, including the VP of Global Support, the Director of GTM Enablement, the Director of GTMVS, and other stakeholders, using Service Quality insights to support business performance.
The role calls for both strategic judgment and strong operational discipline. The successful candidate will spot gaps, design practical fixes, and roll out scalable improvements that strengthen enablement across regions and teams.
Planning
- Create detailed program and project plans that support the broader initiative, including dependencies and resource needs.
- Anticipate risks early and drive actions to remove blockers while minimizing disruption to the plan.
- Develop strategic roadmaps for programs and initiatives that span multiple phases.
Execution
- Build a program charter with clear success measures and make sure the intended deliverables are completed.
- Lead decision-making, alignment, resource discussions, and resolution of major issues, escalating to sponsors and key stakeholders when needed.
Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Form strong working relationships that support long-term program success and convert complex information into usable, action-oriented updates.
- Keep communications sharp, clear, and ready for client or executive audiences, including status reviews and program overviews.
- Recommend organizational or structural changes when they affect multiple teams.
Process Excellence
- Document and manage processes for complex program requirements, while also coaching and mentoring project managers.
- Identify, adopt, and share proven practices and lead program management methods and frameworks.
Qualifications
Applicants should have either 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, learning and development, change management, performance consulting, program management, project management, or a related area; or a bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years in one of those fields.
Preferred experience includes 7+ years in program management, business operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, or a similar function; 5+ years in B2B technology, SaaS, or platform-based companies with exposure to go-to-market or commercial teams; and 7+ years designing or scaling systems that directly support end users such as recruiters, candidates, or hiring managers.
A PMP certification is preferred.
Compensation
The stated salary range for this role is $116,000 to $189,000 annually. Final compensation depends on factors such as skills, years of experience, certifications, and location. The overall package may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, benefits, and other incentive programs.
