Role Summary

This is a senior, full-time store leadership position in Raigarh and Korba. It is suited to professionals with up to 10 years of experience who want to lead a retail team, improve store results, strengthen customer service, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a major retail environment.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end store operations, improving revenue performance, guiding the team, and maintaining service and compliance standards.

Qualifications And Skills

• Strong background in retail store operations, including stock handling, compliance, and process discipline.
• Ability to manage sales performance, set targets, and build strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
• Solid inventory control experience, including replenishment planning, stock accuracy, and shrinkage reduction.
• Capability to recruit, train, coach, and motivate store staff while building engagement and performance.
• Customer relationship management skills to improve satisfaction, retention, and loyalty execution.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising practices to create attractive and effective store presentation.
• Comfort with sales data, retail reports, and performance analysis for decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving and judgement for handling operational issues and business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full store operation and ensure strong standards in selling, service, presentation, and store maintenance.
• Work toward sales goals, oversee the budget, track KPIs, and introduce actions that support higher revenue and better cost control.
• Handle inventory activities such as receiving, storage, rotation, audits, and loss-prevention processes.
• Guide and develop the store team by setting goals, reviewing performance, and encouraging learning and motivation.
• Implement customer service processes effectively, manage escalations and feedback, and support loyalty initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and Reliance Retail’s operational and visual standards.
• Work with merchandising teams to roll out displays and promotional setups that keep the store aligned with current trends.
• Review store reports, market trends, and competitor actions to identify growth opportunities and make informed decisions.
