Role Overview
Candid is hiring a Strategy & Operations professional to act as an internal consulting and execution partner across the business. This person will help leaders solve high-priority challenges, strengthen operational performance, and drive strategic work from planning through delivery.
The position suits someone who enjoys solving unclear problems, creating alignment across functions, and turning ideas into measurable execution. The work may range from improving partnership performance to scaling a product line, streamlining manufacturing, or leading enterprise-wide initiatives, with priorities changing from quarter to quarter.
You will report to the Chief Strategy Officer and collaborate closely with Product, Clinical, Operations, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Partnerships teams.
This is a remote role with 30% travel, including international travel. Candidates must be based in the United States or Canada.
What You Will Do
- Act as an internal advisor and operator to identify, prioritize, and resolve the organization’s most important business problems.
- Lead special projects and strategic programs for executive leadership while coordinating execution across multiple teams.
- Manage and grow partnership operations by working with internal and external stakeholders to support strong execution and results.
- Track partnership health and performance, spot operational constraints, and create repeatable processes that can scale with growth.
- Own core funnel metrics and business performance reporting for Candid’s product portfolio.
- Work with Product, Clinical, and Commercial partners to improve conversion, adoption, retention, and overall funnel performance.
- Program-manage growth-focused initiatives such as clinical product improvements, AI-supported workflow enhancements, and operational scaling efforts.
- Build cross-functional alignment so initiatives stay on schedule and produce measurable outcomes.
- Monitor and improve operational metrics across the treatment journey and manufacturing, identifying process upgrades in the customer journey, digital treatment planning, and manufacturing workflows.
- Use data, testing, and disciplined operations management to evaluate impact and keep improving business processes.
What You Need
- 4 to 7 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, operations leadership, or a similar discipline.
- Strong business judgment and problem-solving ability, with comfort working through ambiguity and delivering outcomes.
- A proven record of taking complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy into execution.
- Solid analytical capability and experience using data to uncover opportunities, guide decisions, and assess impact.
- Experience using AI tools and automation to improve individual productivity, team efficiency, and business results.
- Preferred familiarity with SQL, Looker, Tableau, Sigma, or comparable analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders and align groups around shared goals.
- Strong project and program management skills with the ability to handle several priorities at once.
- A strong bias toward action, accountability, and delivering results.
- Experience creating scalable processes and operational systems in fast-moving environments.
- Background in healthcare, healthtech, SaaS, operations, or manufacturing is a plus.
- High curiosity and willingness to work deeply through unfamiliar problems.
- Comfort working in environments where priorities can shift quickly.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%, including international travel.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is USD 155,000 to 170,000 per year. Total compensation also includes equity, benefits, and additional perks.
