Role overview
This contract Talent Acquisition Partner position supports hiring efforts for a range of roles, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and recruiting for Data Center Technician positions. The assignment runs for 3 months and may be extended. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time.
What you will do
- Build, run, and improve hiring programs as well as recruitment advertising efforts.
- Find qualified candidates through social platforms, networks, and other sourcing channels.
- Support both internal and external candidate sourcing and placement activities.
- Suggest improvements to recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Guide managers and employees on staffing procedures, compliance requirements, and career planning.
- Monitor recruiting activity and staffing workflows to help ensure regulatory compliance.
- Recruit for entry-level through senior-level positions and support high-level or executive searches when needed.
- Use strong judgment and established hiring practices to handle complex recruiting assignments and recommend practical solutions.
- Share knowledge, coach others, and contribute across multiple job disciplines within the function.
- Model collaborative leadership behaviors, help build agreement, and communicate sensitive or difficult information clearly.
Candidate profile
The preferred candidate has experience recruiting for Data Center Technician roles and has managed full-cycle recruitment in a high-volume environment with 40 or more open requests at once. Experience handling multiple project-based hiring requests simultaneously is especially important. A strong candidate with full-cycle recruiting and high-volume experience in similar project work will also be considered.
Qualifications and skills
A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. If you do not hold a degree, a suitable mix of education and experience may be accepted. You should be comfortable making decisions from multiple information sources, approaching established solutions with fresh thinking, and working with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organization, curiosity, and the ability to work through mildly complex calculations are also important.
