Team Lead

About the Role

Louis Vuitton is looking for a driven, customer-focused Team Lead to join its Toronto, Ontario store team. In this position, you will represent the brand on the floor, support the Store Manager and/or Team Managers in coaching and developing staff, strengthen client relationships, help drive sales performance, and ensure every client receives an exceptional luxury experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client engagement and contribute to business growth.
• Lead selling efforts and help manage the sales floor.
• Coach, guide, and develop team members.
• Take ownership of a product category when needed.
• Assist with store operations and day-to-day execution.

Profile

Success in this role requires collaborating with the Store Manager and Team Managers to shape and execute store strategies. You should communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and consistently deliver client interactions that reflect Louis Vuitton’s brand standards and reinforce loyalty in the luxury market.

An entrepreneurial mindset, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to identify products that suit each client’s profile and current market trends are important for driving sales and supporting overall business results.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay for this role ranges from CAD 32 to CAD 38. You may also be eligible for the Retail Bonus program.
