About the Role

Thinknyx Technologies LLP is seeking a Template Document Generation Professional to create, refine, and maintain structured document templates that are accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs.

Core Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into practical, easy-to-use template designs.
• Create and support document layouts using desktop publishing and office productivity tools such as Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Work with data structures and formats like XML, JSON, and related scripting approaches when needed.
• Use HTML/CSS and document generation tools or engines where the role requires web-based or email template creation.
• Investigate and fix issues related to printing, formatting, and data mapping.
• Test templates carefully, identify defects, and make corrections to meet quality and accuracy expectations.
• Maintain clear documentation for procedures, updates, and changes.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong ability to analyze requirements and convert them into functional templates.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Solid design and layout sense.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with user experience principles is an advantage.
• HTML/CSS knowledge is required for web or email template work.
• Experience with Lasernet solution design, development, or configuration is considered a plus.
