Role overview

The position is for a Training / onboarding / L&D Evaluator working remotely on a contract basis. The work is focused on reviewing AI-generated outputs, judging them against quality standards, and helping improve model performance through detailed feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI-produced materials using role-specific quality criteria.
• Spot errors related to accuracy, visual presentation, and overall polish.
• Write feedback that is clear, organized, and actionable.
• Partner with subject matter experts to maintain alignment and quality.
• Operate independently in an asynchronous setup while staying on schedule and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

Applicants should bring at least 5 years of relevant professional background in Training, onboarding, or L&D. Strong English fluency is required at a native or professional level. Candidates must also be very comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in Slides.

Preferred background

A master's degree or higher from a well-regarded institution is preferred.
