About the role

Der andere standard is a Frankfurt-based niche fragrance brand with an anti-luxury mindset and a content-led approach. The label is among the fastest-growing niche brands in Germany, with 12,000 followers on Instagram, 18,000 on TikTok, and more than 4 million organic views achieved without paid advertising. The team is looking for support to increase the volume of content, improve editing quality, and publish faster.

What you’ll do

• Join one shared shoot day each week in Frankfurt, either at the studio or on location.
• Edit content from home with flexible timing.
• Work from raw footage provided on some projects and handle the editing end-to-end on others.
• Be available for occasional travel for events and shoots.
• Stay in close contact with the founder throughout the process.
• Support event coverage and gain behind-the-scenes insight into how a brand is built.

What you should bring

• Strong instinct for short-form video such as Reels and TikTok, including pacing, hooks, on-screen text, and sound.
• Ability to create longer formats too, such as vlogs, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes edits.
• Confident command of editing software such as CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci.
• Independent working style and the ability to meet deadlines reliably.

Working details

This is a freelance, part-time opportunity starting on 01.07. The role is estimated at around 10 hours per week and offers a rate starting from €18 per hour. The working setup is hybrid: one day per week at the Frankfurt atelier, with the remaining work done remotely.
