Role overview
Inizio Engage is partnering with a major biotechnology organization to support its Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs teams. The company is seeking a caring healthcare professional to deliver virtual or phone-based education and emotional support to patients and caregivers as they move through diagnosis and treatment.

Key responsibilities
- Provide inbound or outbound, non-promotional disease-state education to assigned customers in line with client direction.
- Carry out medication-adherence outreach for patients and caregivers, including work that may extend into evenings and weekends.
- Capture demographic details and outcome/disposition information related to reimbursement support and literature fulfillment.
- Deliver high-quality service while following approved call scripts, program guidance, and video-conferencing tools or client websites when required.
- Use only approved company or client materials and do not alter, duplicate, or distribute them without permission.
- Complete all required training and competency assessments within the required timeframe and at the expected standard.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Support service delivery across multiple healthcare sectors as directed by the client or Inizio Engage.
- Contribute ideas for new and innovative ways to expand partnership opportunities.
- Handle administrative work promptly, including daily system updates, weekly activity summaries, emails, and time reporting.
- Attend local or national meetings and conferences when needed to stay current on plans, activities, and industry developments.
- Care for company equipment and materials according to internal instructions.
- Follow all Inizio Engage and client policies and procedures.
- Take on additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Active U.S. healthcare license as an RN.
- Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, or BSN.
- Preferred minimum of 3 years of experience in neurology or sleep disorder settings.
- Strong professional communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a pleasant phone manner, and a clear speaking voice.
- Comfort using call-center phone technology.
- Well-developed organizational abilities.
- Self-driven with strong motivation.
- Able to manage several tasks at the same time.
Compensation and hiring notes
The base hourly pay range for this position is $25.90 to $48.10. Final pay will depend on experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
