Role Overview

As a Visualizer at FCB Kinnect in Mumbai, you will shape brand storytelling through eye-catching visuals designed for digital audiences. The role goes beyond standard design work: you’ll develop content that captures attention quickly, supports brand goals, and helps ideas travel across social platforms and campaign formats.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, follows emerging trends closely, and enjoys transforming rough concepts into polished visual outputs that feel current, engaging, and brand-appropriate.

What You’ll Do

• Create striking digital creatives for social media, online campaigns, influencer-led initiatives, and branded content.
• Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to convert ideas and briefs into compelling visual executions.
• Build visual narratives that balance aesthetic appeal with brand strategy.
• Contribute to a wide range of formats, including reels, GIFs, carousels, motion graphics, retouching work, mood boards, and meme-style content.
• Maintain consistency in visual tone while still experimenting with fresh and bold creative approaches.
• Keep a strong awareness of Gen Z culture, internet-driven aesthetics, and rapidly changing trends.

What You Need

• 0 to 1 year of experience in a creative agency, digital agency, or design-focused environment.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong digital-first thinking, social media awareness, and original creative execution.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Exposure to After Effects is an added advantage.
• Comfort using generative AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, GPT-4o, or comparable platforms.
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for brainstorming and developing ambitious ideas with a team.
