Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and optimize daily warehouse operations. This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow, from receiving goods to dispatching orders. You will be responsible for leading a team and maintaining high standards of inventory management and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage and guide a team of warehouse staff and forklift operators, fostering a productive work environment.
• Maintain precise inventory records and promptly address any stock discrepancies.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Uphold stringent workplace safety standards and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external logistics partners to guarantee on-time deliveries.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance workflow efficiency and overall productivity.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in warehouse supervision or broader logistics management.
• Proficiency in leading and managing teams.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and standard warehouse operational procedures.
• A forklift license is considered a significant asset.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work setting.

Additional Information

Working Hours: 5.5 days per week.

Location: West Singapore.
