Overview
An established healthcare employer is hiring a Workforce Staffing Coordinator to oversee staffing support across several hospital locations. The role is hands-on, site-based, and focused on keeping workforce coverage aligned with service demand while supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
The position is permanent and full-time, working Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30. It involves rotating between three hospital sites, so the ability to travel between locations is important, and driving is preferred.

Terms
Employment type: full-time, permanent, onsite.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30.
Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per year.
Travel between hospital sites is required on rotation.
Responsibilities
- Build the staff bank by recruiting, onboarding, and expanding capacity in line with workforce needs.
- Handle staffing bookings and ensure rota gaps are filled across multiple systems.
- Develop and sustain productive relationships with hospital teams and other stakeholders.
- Participate in bed meetings to assess staffing levels and workforce demand.
- Review workforce data, identify trends, and share insights with senior stakeholders.
- Keep staffing records accurate and ensure processes remain compliant across platforms.
- Organise tasks and manage priorities effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- Background in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or workforce coordination.
- Experience handling rotas or staffing bookings in a healthcare setting.
- Exposure to working with stakeholders across more than one site.
- Experience supporting talent attraction, recruitment, and onboarding is preferred.
- Strong planning and time management skills, with the ability to work without close supervision.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Confidence in presenting workforce data and recommendations to senior colleagues.
- Ability to work across multiple systems while staying organised and accurate.
- High attention to detail and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
- A relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience.
