Business Development (Sales) Internship

About the internship

This remote internship is for an energetic business development associate who wants hands-on exposure to lead generation, client acquisition, campaign execution, and team coordination while working in a business consulting environment.

What you will do

• Partner with the business development team to find, approach, and onboard new clients.
• Use cold calling, client conversations, and virtual meetings to move prospects through the funnel.
• Run email outreach campaigns and monitor their performance for lead generation.
• Organize, delegate, and support a group of interns to stay aligned with weekly and monthly objectives.
• Work with the broader business development function to shape growth plans and strengthen outreach efforts.
• Consistently work toward weekly and monthly performance goals.

Who can apply

Applicants must be able to work from home, be available to start between 1st Jul'26 and 5th Aug'26, and commit to the full 3-month duration. Candidates should have relevant skills and a genuine interest in the role. Women looking to begin or resume their careers are also encouraged to apply.

Other requirements

• Passing out in 2025, 2026, or 2027 is preferred.
• A background in management, commerce, marketing, or a closely related field is preferred.
• Strong communication ability along with leadership qualities is important.
• Any prior exposure to business development, sales, or marketing will be an added advantage.

Stipend and structure

The internship offers a monthly stipend of ₹15,000, split into a fixed component of ₹5,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹10,000 per month.
